Install support apps

We may ask you to use or install one of the following meeting and/or remote support apps for some of your sessions. You only need to install it once, and ask us for assistance if needed.

Google Meet - our meeting app

​

The meetings are held using Google Meet app or a simple phone call and Cyberkite staff and you can share the screen for basic support sessions on Google Meet if needed. When you book an appointment you will receive a Google Meet meeting link in the calendar invite. 

 

No installation of software is required on Computers. On Tablets you just need to install the Google Meet app. If you have never used Google Meet for a meeting select button below on joining on a computer or mobile device.

 

If for some reason Google Meet doesn't work then we may ask you to install & use Zoom app

 

Remote support apps

 

We may also use a number of remote support tools below if needed as mentioned below. They allow us with your permission to fix or setup things on your on your computer. 

Instructions to open Quick Assist on Windows computer for a short IT Support session.

Instructions on how setup & open ZOHO Assist on all operating systems if we need to do a more involve IT Support session. 

Chrome Remote Desktop app is our primary remote support tool for Chromebook and other operating systems.

All information is crucial for effective problem-solving. Failure to share necessary details may impact our ability to fully resolve the problem. Our sessions are billable regardless of issue recurrence. We strive to keep you informed about the progress and resolution of your concerns. It's important to note that our initial fix doesn't guarantee free lifetime support for related issues, as technology complexities may lead to unpredictable recurrences. All support sessions are subject to charges, unless explicitly communicated otherwise.

  • Disclaimer: Communication during "Innovation consulting" sessions with Michael Plis: He will listen to your development and issues that you're trying to innovate and will come up with some ideas and then if you need him to can write a detailed report charged with the rate as mentioned. His ideas and reports for you will be yours if they are new and kept confidential. After each session Michael will send you an invoice. Ideas and reports are as is and Michael Plis, Cyberkite and any of their entities' are not liable or responsible for any decisions you make as a result of our ideas which may result in injury, liability and etc. Michael is just helping you innovate.

  • Note if you're internal Cyberkite staff or Cyberkite vendor: If you're booking as internal Cyberkite staff, Cyberkite vendors or Cyberkite partners there is no charges for consulting sessions unless we are doing paid support or consulting work for you. If you are private non-business clients then please see Michael at Cyberkite to check agreed special rates.​
